The President, Chairman and Directors of the Commonwealth Boxing Council join our friends and colleagues throughout the Commonwealth family in expressing our deep sorrow at the passing of our Queen, Elizabeth II, after 70 years of selfless and devoted service to her subjects, a service which serves as an example to all of us.
To her immediate family, we convey our most sincere sympathies, and to our new King, Charles III,
both our best wishes and our support as he shoulders what will be a considerable burden of office, carrying out his new duties as Head of State of both the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth.
